This site is a tribute to David Healy. He is much loved and adored by his adoring wife, children, family and friends and his memory will always be treasured.

Devastatingly Dad lost his battle with cancer after almost 8 long years of fighting this month. Despite all of the hurdles he fiercely overcame them with a smile on his face and continued to bring laughter to all of us around him. 
We fought to bring Dad home once we knew that sadly there were no more treatment options available. Dad’s last wish was to get to get out of hospital and see his garden, smell Moms cooking and spend his last moments with his family surrounding him in the comfort of his home, that he loved so much. This wouldn’t have been achievable without the amazing help and support that Marie Curie provided to Dad and all of us, in this terrible time. Marie Curie helped manage his pain and make him as comfortable as possible, whilst also providing emotional support to all of us and helped us through the most difficult time possible. They ensured Dads last moments were peaceful and he didn’t pass away in any pain, which we are beyond thankful for as a family.
